Preparation tips
We made these mate tea infusions so that we could enjoy them like tea .
We recommend infusing between 2 and 4g of mate tea per cup , or about 16g for 1L.
You can brew our recipes in a tea ball , a French press , or in our gourds and filter the infusion using a bombilla . If you brew these recipes in a gourd, we recommend not exceeding 4g to obtain a balanced flavor.
Can it be eaten iced?
Yes, herbal teas and maté tea are perfectly delicious iced . They offer a refreshing drink ideal for hot days, while retaining their benefits and aromas .

Our recipes are made with organic dehydrated fruit or organic dried flowers ; the infusion process is a little longer, allowing the fruit time to fully release its flavors as it rehydrates! You can then enjoy the infusions hot or iced during the summer!
You will then enjoy all the properties of mate without any bitterness, and better still, with the pleasure of a high-end tea infusion .

A GRAND CRU TERROIR
Our mate teas are grown using agroforestry ; this method allows the plant to draw its nutrients from the rich and diverse biodiversity of southern Brazil.
Originating from the São Mateus do Sul region in southern Paraná, this yerba mate is a grand cru thanks to its terroir and the abundant shade provided by the majestic Araucaria trees. The harvesting methods and the care given to the plant are also key factors in producing a truly exceptional yerba mate !
Because the leaves grow more slowly, the flavors of yerba mate will concentrate more, acquiring a richer, fruitier and more complex taste.
RESPONSIBLE AGRICULTURE
In addition to being a great vintage, our mate is cultivated with respect for the environment and all stakeholders.
Organic for over 50 years, our leaves are harvested at maturity every two years, to achieve exceptional quality and balance.
